Our business concept is to deliver an informed basis for both strategic decision-making and daily operations to our customers. We do this through a certified, effective research process, in which the results are a tool rather than just a report.

We are an independent research company with our sights aimed at being a market leader.
We have a broad range of service offerings focused on employee, customer and market research.

Whether the research perspective is internal or external, we have the expertise. Our customers are found in most industries and sectors of society, but have many traits in common.  Above all, our customers are all companies and organizations that want to develop their business operations and their employees.

From then until now

With our roots in Linköping University, we have been in operation for almost 20 years. Since 2000 the company has been privately owned and we now have over 30 academically trained employees. Our project managers have extensive experience from the research industry, supplemented with practical expertise from other fields. In addition to our permanent staff we have an organisation for data collection (field division) made up of over 50 employees. Here we have our own Web panel and 20 CATI sites for telephone interviews. We conduct telephone interviews, Web panels and personal interviews, and administer Web-based and postal surveys.

Our focus is on three service areas: 

 

 

  • Employee research – here we analyse the attitudes, values, perceptions of goals and priorities, management and understanding of customer requirements of internal groups. Among our customers are large global Swedish companies which involves up to 30 000 co-workers worldwide.
  • Customer research – our largest business area primarily includes studies of customer expectations and requirements for products and services, as well as customer attitudes about companies and organizations. We currently provide such studies for several global companies.
  • Market research – means that we investigate the image, identity and strengths, effects of communication and market potential for products/services of organizations and brands.

 

We take great pride in presenting high-quality results, presented in ways that are structured and easy to adapt. Depending on the needs of our customers, we use various presentation tools involving PowerPoint and Excel, as well as complex web presentation tools used to visualize and distribute results on many different organizational and access levels.

We are members of WIN/GALLUP, ESOMAR and SMIF (Swedish Market Information Companies, www.smif.org) and follow the ethics rules that apply for market research. We work in accordance with the industry’s quality standard ISO 20252:07.
